" Our Chinon wines can be light or full-bodied with fruity aromas of raspberries or blackcurrants. They can be laid down for several years, in which case the aromas tend towards leather, spice and undergrowth depending on the vintage. In any case they are wines which are a faithful expression of our terroirs. The notion of terroir is: the soil, the age of the vines and the climate in any given year. "
